Our history begins in 1978, with a humble beginning of a wet market stall in Holland Village. Ricky Ng, a Singapore pioneer generation, with the support of his siblings expanded the stall into a flatted factory in the early 80s. He strongly believes in providing a consistence quality, healthy nutritious food at affordable prices. Since then the Company manufacture and supply fish ball and Yong Tau Foo to restaurants, food stalls, wet markets, schools and many more. Till today we have expanded into manufacturing, distribution and retail businesses and we maintain our unique know-how skill with special and new ingredients but still preserve its original quality and taste in this modern volatile environment. Thanks to the founder of the company, our father, who is a visionary, humble down to earth man, always looking for improvement, persistent and never give up attitude, the company is where it is today.
